blender scene (.blend) contains the shield and the scene (three light sources and a camera).
the model is also available in .obj, .fbx, .dae and .stl file formats. textures need to be applied to work. for blender file just put them into the same folder with .blend file and they will work.
there are three 2048x2048 texture files in .png file format.

polygon count: 725 vertices, 585 polygons, 1170 triangles.

objects and materials are named distinctively so you can apply materials of your choice if needed.
the model is also centred and has the appropriate size (95.3 x 15.8 x 100.2 cm // 37.5 x 6.2 x 39.4 inches).
