this is a 3d pack that contain different types of scifi furniture that are optimized for game engines like ue4 and unity.

in this package, the textures are also included for evey single asset. every asset has three texture sets(vray, unity, ue4) at 4k(4096x4096) resolution.

• unity(albedo/transparency, metallic/smoothness, normal)
  

beside assets and textures i also included scenes in unity and ue4 with assets already prepared, so you can just open those scenes and prevew models instantly inside game engines.
