Oil Man (オイルマン Oiruman) is one of the two new Robot Masters from Mega Man Powered Up, a remake of the original Mega Man. He is a maintenance robot made by Dr. Light, able to produce a special type of oil from the dispenser on his left arm that can work with any machinery.

Oil Man is an average humanoid robot. His head is shaped like an oil drop, and there is an oil drop design on his chest. He wears a red scarf, and his left arm has a unique design based on the flexible spout of an oiling can. He also has large lips and black eyes. In Japan, his color scheme is black, grey, and pink, which was changed to blue, grey, and yellow for the international release.
