looks really great! Unfortunately, there are no materials in the fbx format and the textures are not easy to assign to the objects.
Maybe you can look at it again and adjust the FBX file?

Hello Dear.
The project was modeled in Revit that's why you encountered issues with the fbx format, however I have the textures maps off the materials I used in this project in a separate folder I can send it to you if that helps.
If not tell me the software you want to merge the model in & I will gladly help you.
