model farm house. low polygone count.professional design and optimized. this model is preper for destruction in game engines.


model has been tested in unreal engina 4.11 and unity 3d 5.3 and work prefectly. dedicated for games [platform: pc, xbox, ps] and visualization / animation etc.

- model have materials and uv maps and / or textures.

- materials have: diffuse map [and normal map, specular map, opacity mask, illumiantion map and refraction/reflection if needed].

- uv maps is overlapping

- textures resolution: 512px min to 4096 px max [ png]

- model have .max file and be retriangulate and exported to .fbx and .obj files.

- in unity 3d z axe is changed to y axe - please use different pivot point for unity and other engines.

- in unity 3d use prefab system to add model and materials to scene.

- in unreal engine use blueprints to add materials, functions, physics etc.
